  1. Call our Access numbers (major cities in Canada).
  2. After hearing the busy tone hang up the phone.Because the connection to the callback access number never gets connected, you are not billed for this call regardless which telecom operator you are calling from.
  3. Within a few seconds our system will call you back
  4. After answering the call you will hear a voice message prompting about entering your personal card number (PIN). Enter the PIN using dial pad. If the PIN is wrong, the system will ask to re-enter (3 attempts are allowed during one connection)
  5. After having entered the PIN correctly the system will enquire about phone number you wish to connect to. Enter the destination number, e.g.: 14165551212 where 1 is a country code. (USA & Canada)
  6. During the call you can disconnect from the called party at any moment without breaking connection with the system so that you can enter another phone number. To do so press subsequently the following buttons on your phone’s keypad 1 1 # Also when the called party ends the call firstly the system will ask you to enter another phone number without having to trigger the callback again.
  7. In order to end using the callback just hang up.

Authorization by CallerID (ANI)

CallerID is your phone number that is used to initiate the callback service. Based on this number our system can authorize your attempts so that when you get the call back, you will not be asked for entering PIN anymore, instead the system will ask you directly about the phone number you wish to connect to.

If you use the same phone number or numbers to trigger the callback (e.g. your home phone or mobile), you should log into our website and register the numbers there. To do so log in using your username password pair and then click on “authorized callerIDs” menu. Press add new number button and put your phone number in the following format: 14165551212 (number from USA/Canada, 1 is the country code)

In callback service a user pays for the connection from the system to his/her phone number and for the connection to the destination number. For example calling from New York to San Diego the total cost consists of the fee for the call to New York and for the Call to San Diego.
